By accessing or using My Roots ("we", "our", "the service"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

We provide 1:1 and group online Hindi language classes for children, delivered via approved digital platforms, with learning materials and progress tracking.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

• Classes are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled per our cancellation policy.

• Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions (under 24h) are non-refundable.

• Exceptions may apply in emergency cases at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

We expect respectful behavior from all students and families.

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of access.

• We reserve the right to discontinue services if terms are breached.

5. Recordings & Content

• Some lessons may be recorded with prior consent for quality and training purposes.

• Content shared during class (e.g., worksheets, games) remains the intellectual property of My Roots and may not be redistributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, My Roots is not liable for:

• Individual learning outcomes

• Temporary service interruptions

• Technical issues outside our control

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email and reflected on our website.
